Data Scientist
Washington, D.C.

DATA SCIENTIST

We are currently looking for data scientists as full-time employees in the Washington DC Metro area with the following skills:

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in technical roles related to data analytics, applied statistics, business intelligence, or data science.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with modern languages such as Python, R, or analytics tools such as SAS Enterprise Miner, SPSS Modeler or Azure Machine Learning.
  • Experience applying best practices in data mining and predictive analytics to solve problems including classification, regression, time series analysis, unsupervised modeling, or optimization.
  • Must have an undergraduate (BS) or postgraduate (MS) degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Economics or related work experience.
  • Candidates must possess excellent SQL Skills working with RDBMS’s such as Oracle, DB2 or Amazon Redshift.
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI is preferred.
  • Must be able to articulate the results of your analytics to the customer audience
